Return Policy

We hope novobrighte can bring you a great experience

If your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy as outlined below.

Please contact Support@novobrighte.com to request a return and our team will provide you with an RA number and return shipping details.

· Please note that swimwear must have its hygienic padding intact for returns due to hygienic reasons. Items without hygienic padding cannot be returned. It is required to send us image proof before making a return. 

-To facilitate a smooth return process, please avoid returning the package to the address listed on the waybill as it is not the designated return address. 

We are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Items received by our head office outside this date will not be accepted.

· International returns are accepted within 20 days from the date received. Items received by our head office outside this date will not be accepted.

 Please be aware that Sunfere does not cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Each product can be exchanged once. We can facilitate any exchange within price difference of $5. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, the price difference will be paid via invoice. In the event that the replacement item costs less than the original, we will refund the difference to you.

· Returns can be requested within 28 days from the date you received all your items.

· Please note that initiating a dispute may temporarily halt the refund process, which could take up to 75 days to resolve. Should you have any inquiries or requests, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@sunfere.com.

· All gift cards, surprise box and sale items are not eligible for return.

· Items must not have been washed, altered, or damaged.

· Items must be returned with the original packaging and tags attached.

· Please note that the following items are not eligible for return if the product does not have any defective or any issue caused by us: all sale items, and accessories (excluding scarves). 

· 

If your order was paid for using store credits accumulated from previous returns, it is not eligible for return.
